Shipping, Delivery, Customs and Risk
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with ARK Fragrances.
1. Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends, public holidays and periods of high demand.
Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We reserve the right to delay dispatch where additional verification, stock checks, payment review, compliance checks or address confirmation are required.
2. Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times:
- United Kingdom: 1–3 business days after dispatch
- Europe: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- International: 5–14 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, strikes, import inspections, incorrect addresses, payment reviews or events outside our reasonable control.
3. Shipping Restrictions
Fragrances may be subject to shipping restrictions due to alcohol content, dangerous goods rules, carrier policies, customs requirements or local laws.
We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, amend or delay any order where shipping is unavailable, restricted, unlawful, commercially unreasonable or not accepted by our carriers.
4. Customs, Duties and Taxes
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, clearance charges and any other charges imposed by the destination country.
We are not responsible for delays, seizures, refusals, additional charges or returns caused by customs authorities or import restrictions.
If a parcel is returned due to unpaid customs charges, failed clearance or refusal to accept delivery, we may deduct all related costs from any refund.
5. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
We are not responsible for orders lost, delayed or returned due to incorrect, incomplete or outdated delivery information provided by the customer.
6. Delivery Confirmation
Where tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, the order will be treated as delivered.
We are not responsible for theft, loss or damage occurring after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
7. Free Shipping
Complimentary shipping may be offered on qualifying orders, including orders of two bottles or more.
Free shipping promotions may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time. Free shipping does not include customs duties, taxes, import fees or other third-party charges.
8. Split Shipments
We may ship items separately where necessary. You will not be charged additional shipping fees unless stated otherwise.
